Application Methods

Spray Bar

SuppressX is ideal for flat areas and can be easily applied using spray bars attached to your existing site water carts and tankers. This method offers the most economical way to distribute SuppressX, ensuring effective coverage while maximizing cost efficiency.

Hose

Hoses attached to pumps extend the range by 150 meters, enabling precise application on steep slopes and in tight, delicate spaces. With extended hose reels, you can safely cover hard-to-reach areas, ensuring thorough and targeted application.

Cannon

Hydraulic, roof-mounted cannons are perfect for efficiently applying the product from distances of over 100 meters. If needed, dual cannons can be used to cover both sides of the spray zone at the same time, ensuring thorough and even application.

How RoadBond Mg® Works

Treated

RoadBond® Mg penetrates the surface and draws moisture to form a coat, agglomerating loose soil particles together resulting in a reworkable dust-free layer. The treated area is ready for use with no curing time necessary.

Untreated

Haul roads are prone to generating dust due to wind erosion and vehicular traffic, especially in dry climates. Over time, the surface becomes less stable and poses adverse mechanical, environmental and health concerns.
