Application Methods

Hose

Hoses attached to pumps extend the range by 150 meters, enabling precise application on steep slopes and in tight, delicate spaces. With extended hose reels, you can safely cover hard-to-reach areas, ensuring thorough and targeted application.

Spray Bar

SuppressX is ideal for flat areas and can be easily applied using spray bars attached to your existing site water carts and tankers. This method offers the most economical way to distribute SuppressX, ensuring effective coverage while maximizing cost efficiency.

Cannon

Hydraulic, roof-mounted cannons are perfect for efficiently applying the product from distances of over 100 meters. If needed, dual cannons can be used to cover both sides of the spray zone at the same time, ensuring thorough and even application.

Aerial

Using a fixed-wing plane or helicopter is an ideal solution for targeting isolated and hard-to-reach areas. Aerial application is particularly effective for large sites like tailings storage facilities (TSFs) and ash dams, where vehicle access is often limited.

How SuppressX Works

Treated

SuppressX® provides a protective barrier over the substrate elimination dust lift-off, resistant to wind and rain. The ultra-low concentration ensures maximum dust suppression without changing the overall composition of the substrate beneath.

Untreated

Various substrates, including tailings, ash dams, and stockpiles, are susceptible to dust generation due to erosion. As time progresses, the surface of these substrates becomes increasingly unstable, raising concerns regarding mechanical integrity, environmental impact, and potential health hazards.
