We only accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty. Change-of-mind returns or incorrect ordering are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided with all return requests.

A 50% restocking fee may apply if an item is returned without valid fault or damage, at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for return freight unless the product was damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the damage or fault has been verified.

Custom orders, opened containers, or used products are not eligible for return, unless faulty.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any transit damage immediately. Claims for transit damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Where a return is accepted, DustSuppression.com.au will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
